Ellipse Type

0 = Closed ellipse
1 = Open ellipse, defined by start/end angle
2 = Closed ellipse segment
3 = Closed ellipse section NOTE 1: If the type > 0 and start and end angle are equal, the ellipse is drawn as closed.

NOTE 2: If the type = closed ellipse segment and start and end angle are equal, a single line with width = border width is drawn from the centre to the point on the border.
