Logical bits indicating options.

1 = TRUE.
Bit 0 = Enabled. If TRUE, the object is enabled. If FALSE, the object is disabled.
Bit 1 = Real-time editing. (VT Version 4 and later) If TRUE, the value is transmitted to the Working Set Master while it is being changed (see real-time in section 4.2).
