Target Value Variable Reference

Object ID of a Number Variable object from which the target value of the bar graph is retrieved. If this attribute is set to NULL, the target value is retrieved directly from the “Target Value” attribute. The value of the referenced Number Variable must be in the range of 0 to 65535.
