Working Set
This object describes a Working Set and may be contained in the object pool exactly once per Working Set. It contains at least one object for identification that fits into a Soft Key designator. The VT may use it to display or identify the Working Set in alarm information, in Auxiliary Control setup or in Soft Keys. Only the VT can activate this object, whereby the Working Set “owns” the VT.
Attributes
Unique identifier of the object. This must be unique within the object pool (2 bytes, 0-65534).
The type of the object.
Background colour. A colour based on the index of the Colour Palette.
0 = FALSE
1 = TRUE
Indicates whether this Working Set can be selected by the operator. VT version 6 and later support Alarm Masks even if a Working Set is not selectable by the operator (see 4.6.14). VT version 5 and earlier did not provide a clear definition for Alarm Mask support when "selectable" = 0.
The Object Id of the Data or Alarm Mask that is displayed as soon as the Working Set is active (or visible, if the VT supports multiple Working Sets on the screen at the same time). For Working Sets compatible with VT version 6 and later, this value must reference a valid mask even if it is not selectable.
For Working Sets compatible with VT version 5 and earlier, and if the “selectable” attribute has the value 0, this attribute is ignored (no range validation).
Number of following objects, even if the value is zero. Each of these objects is contained in this Alarm Mask. Each object consists of 6 bytes: two (2) for the Object ID and four (4) for the position.
Number of contained macro references, even if it is zero.
Each macro reference consists of 2 bytes: one for the event Id and one for the macro Id.
When the specified event occurs, the associated macro is executed. VT version 5 and later: A reference to a macro with a 16-bit Object Id counts as 2 macro references in the context of this attribute.
The number of language codes that follow. Each two-letter code represents a language that can be supported by the Working Set.
